Roller to flat tappet

5.0 roller block to tappet conversion...now I've seen post and know people will say don't and it's a bad decision .it a 87 5.0 roller no cam no lifters no dog bones no push rods..been converted to carb..and distributor..it came with a new Cran cam flat tappet matching valve springs .new flat tappet lifter's.what do I need to do to the block if anything to go to flat tappet lifter's I know I'll need a set of older heads.thanks.
