1960 Fairlane Police Interceptor

Back in the day I had a 60 Fairlane Ohio Turnpike Patrol cruiser. Installed 3 on the floor and a 4:11. Racked up 11 points on my DL:pretty quick. Got to wondering just what engine it had. Huge alternator with dual belts, dual point mechanical advance distributor and an open element air cleaner. Would this have been the Police 352 or something larger?

Based on the setup you described, it's likely that your 1960 Fairlane Ohio Turnpike Patrol cruiser was equipped with the Police Interceptor 352 engine, known for its high-performance features and commonly used in police vehicles during that era.
