I've read a few threads about airbag lights coming on and off but none of them are on falcon models. Mine is a falcon ba xt 2003 which is australian.
Does airbags on all ford models are basically the same in terms of codes.

I took mine to a ford repair center and they charged $250/h.
They had a go with it for an hour and told me that they need another 3 hours to hopefully find the problem so I pulled it out of their shop.

Hopefully, I can start from here.

What was the code they retrieved? Would be a help in some direction..

 

I went back to ford and they told me that theey didn't get that far to be able to pinpoint the problem.

To apo02; i think it's some electrical problem rather thatn the airbag itself.

 

I have just started having airbag problems myself with the code 22 coming up after some searching I found it to mean.
Safing Sensor Output Circuit Shorted to Battery Voltage
What does this mean ? and how do I fix it ?
