1995 Ford Bronco XLT 5.0 L power, but no start. Need advice.
 

Hi Guys!!

One day my step-sons truck would not start, would not start with a jump.
The coil replaced, ignition control module changed, checked battery, all wire clips, checked timing. Truck is getting power to the coil but no spark, no gas smell, so I do not believe it is flooding either.
Fuel pump is working.
Truck cranks over but will not start, engine light is on but can't get codes read because I cannot get it to start to take anywhere.

Any advice is appreciated!!!

I guess this is one of those times where we start from scratch.

As far as spark is concerned, IF, it has a distributor (transition year) we need to know if the dist shaft is turning when the engine is being cranked. On some Fords the check engine will go out when cranking.
Does it go out?
Also, remove the dist cap and see if the rotor is turning when the engine is being cranked.
If all that passes , there is a pick-up coil in the dist that provides a signal that the engine is turning over. That signal goes to the Ign module.
You can hear the fuel pump run for the usual 2 seconds when you first turn the key on? Yes- No ?
What kind of test equip do you have to work with?

Yes to all of your questions-the engine light does flash when cranking.

The only test equipment I have access is a test light and a voltage-ohm meter.

If you connect the test light to the + terminal of the battery and the probe end to the side of the coil that comes from the module, when you crank the engine over the test light should blink as a ground is applied to the coil. What does it do ?

Hi, we did the test as you suggested, test light to + side of battery, probed the test light to coil plug right side which is a red wire light was on, turn the key to start the truck, the light went off and stayed off. When key was turned back off, the light came back on-solid.
Probed the left side wire of the coil (negative) light came on, turned the key to start the truck, the light became dim and slightly pulsated.

on the last wire tested (negative) when key was turned off, the light became bright.

Also, did a test and code 111 came up, which means "system normal".
