FUEL PUMPS ON BRONCO 2

I think my fuel pump is bad in my bronco. I have heard there are two, which one is it most likely to be. In tank or on the frame rail.

I've got an 86 and an 87. The 84s are about the same. The pump in the tank is a high presere (sender )and the one on the fram is a low presere( return ).If I had to pick one I would say the one in the tank. Turn the key toon but, do not start the truck, and thenlisten. If you hear a hum, that should bethe one in the tank. That will mean it's working and the problums somewhere eltes.

There is only one pump on the 84 Bronco 2, the way that I know this is through personal experience of making a fuel pump change... Good luck, if you are going to change it alone, it is down under things, and can be a bear to get to.
