Help 84 Bronco II XLT
I have a problem locating the right water outlet valve (which has cracked). All parts found do not fit and are different then the original. I have tried junk yards and online searches with no help. I did find one at a junk yard but it also cracked. Do I need to change out something entirely or is this just an elusive part?
Also are all 1980s Rangers and Bronco II spark plugs gapped the same? |

Have tried LMC Truck? their images aren't representative or your water outlet, but I'd bet they've run into it before.
You could use a Mustang II outlet, and add in a fitting for the coolant bypass. The cast iron units are more workable should you need to resize/tap the ports. Hoses may need to be sourced if the angle/length changes.. |
