Help 84 Bronco II XLT

I have a problem locating the right water outlet valve (which has cracked). All parts found do not fit and are different then the original. I have tried junk yards and online searches with no help. I did find one at a junk yard but it also cracked. Do I need to change out something entirely or is this just an elusive part?

Also are all 1980s Rangers and Bronco II spark plugs gapped the same?

Have tried LMC Truck? their images aren't representative or your water outlet, but I'd bet they've run into it before.
You could use a Mustang II outlet, and add in a fitting for the coolant bypass. The cast iron units are more workable should you need to resize/tap the ports. Hoses may need to be sourced if the angle/length changes..
