Default 2013 Cmax transmission

My son and I both own 2013 Cmax hybrids. His manufacture date is 8/12 and mine is 11/12. He has 104K on his and I have 73K on mine. His transmission went out the other day. I am concerned mine will do the same. Do I still have the power train warranty until 100k ?. I read the transfer shaft assembly bearing is failing and causing issues with the transmission. There should have been a recall on them and not sold anymore until it was fixed. Cost was $10,000 to my son to fix it. Any input on this would be very helpful

The time period may have expired. Ford wouldn't replace anything just because it "might" go bad in the future, regardless of warranty or not. You can always check to see if there are any applicable recalls on your vehicle.
