98 Ford Countor Temp gage jumping to high then low any help?
 

Ok so so when I'm driving my care the temp gage will jump to high then jump back to normal this usualy hapens when I turn on the heater. My husband thinks it may be the heating coil. the thing is it started to jump up a little (not to high) after I turned off the heater. any help would be good. thanks.
