1999 P71 horn & dome light
 

Just purchased a 99 P71 Crown Vic--two issues:

Horn not working at steering wheel--relays all good, horn works when wired direct. Tons and I mean tons of wires left in this car when decomissioned--they might have cut the horn wire under dash.. I need the wiring diagram or color code for horn wire on this 99 CV P71.

Second: Dome light not working when front doors opened--works fine at switch and works for rear doors. The usual fix for P71s is disconnect the blue connector under the glove box but it does not work on this 99. Any solutions?
