cruise control horn and cig lighter. not working. any thoughts?

 

Have you checked all fuses with a test light? After that, on the cruise and horn, look at pin 6 and 10 on the cruise module. Ford runs thge horn ground through the module. There is a ground wire that runs over to the body just below the hood strut mounting area.
