Default coil springs

Does anyone know if Moog springs make a crown vic sit taller than normal. Mine is the lx model and I want to keep the same height. I hear that Moog raises the front by 2 inches. I need to know if that's true or not or if anyone has installed them in their crown vic.

It really depends on the spring rate you get. If you get one for a sports suspension, it is a little higher. I don't think it raises it 2 inches though.

I'm looking to buy the Moog 80090 for the front and cc865 for the rear. All my searches at different vendors say that they fit police and civilian cars. So I'm thinking if it fits police criteria they must be somewhat stiff which is what I'm looking for.

They should not raise it enough to be really noticable. The difference is the old springs have sagged and the new ones are still extended the full legnth. The Police cruisers also have a little stronger shock absorber than the civilian versions.
