help do i need rebuild?

my car has a little bit of issues and im not sure if it needs rebuild or not it has 216k miles on it it goes through a quart of oil a week misfires often mostly under load at low rpms and dies occasionallly. spark plugs are clean with no oil or fouling and still has good power when not missing. its a 1995 grand marquis with 4.6

what kind of plugs are you running in it that motor loves to run only Motorcraft plugs an for the oil its got over 200k on it oil rings are wearing an valve seals are too thats where some of the oil is going if you just have the cash an like the car i would have it rebuilt but i would just find me one at the junkyard
