Good Morning Guys,
If I may, you might try switching #7 coil, or plug, or last but not least injector with another cyl and see if the problem moves to the new location.

Sometimes NEW stands for never ever worked.

that is sad diagnostics, not to mention costly. mode 6 data will show misfire counts for each cylinder. you are at the wrong shop.

so the code was what? p0307? it would be helpful to know all the dtc before offering advice or else we chase the wrong problem.

if you are sure the misfire is on cyl 7 only. the next step would be a compression test.
if you want to a quick check of the injector; a noid light check or listening for the injector to click with a mechanic stethoscope will tell you if the injector is opening.

look at both cylinder heads. the one head closer to the front of the car would be the 1234 cylinders. the other head will be 5678 with 5 towards the front and 8 at the back.

Please recheck for #7 , I believe it is on the left side 3rd one back. Ford usually starts with #1 on the right bank.
