Looking to swap out my old SOHC 16v with a DOHC 32v out of a marauder, cobra, mark viii. Will i be able to do this easily, will everything match up? i will be using the transmission out of a marauder or whichever motor it goes with. what will this job entail and does anyone have any advice? much appreciated,

Computers between different engines make the engines feed fuel and operate differently. Don't forget you may need to swap engine computers and wiring harnesses unless they are fueled identically.

Yes, you will want to use all of the original electronics from the DOHC engine and swap it with the SOHC components. This is one big issue that I have heard alot of guy struggle with trying to get the SOHC wiring and electronics to work with the DOHC. If you don't have the electronics, find them because you will need them from the DOHC model to make it work. : ) Not sure about the specifics, but I have heard one of the top guys in the community to use the original setup and swap the entire system. Good Luck
