I have a 04 Crown Vic and my wipers are not working right. When i make right turns they go off and also when i start my car they only will work on high speed. I have heard they have issues with the multifunction swith. Any suggestions???

 

Under dash control box. Could be switch wires, but less likely. Could figure a test for the motor and check that first to be sure.
