*Thudding* Noise While Driving '85 E-150 5.8

Hello!
Currently my van has been experiencing a thudding/thumping noise while driving. The noise seems to be coming from the front end of the van and is rhythmic with the speed and not the throttle.
The noise is not there when idling.

There is also a metallic "clank" noise while driving on rougher roads or over bumps at slow speeds audible from the drivers side. And I noticed that the front inner wheel weight has been shaved off from what looks to be from rubbing the tie rod. (not sure if these are related?)
Possibly, brakes, rotors, bearings etc?
The thing is however, I had both brakes and rotors replaced about a year ago. New tires as well within a year.

Throwing this out there maybe if anyone has any ideas, thanks!

Does your vehicle have stock rims/wheels?

When changes are made , sometimes spacers are required between the rim and rotor. This is not my so called field of expertise , so I would suggest you take the vehicle back to where it was repaired and have them check it.
