06 e350 no acceleration
 

Hello,
I am working on an 06 e350 cutaway van with a 5.4 in it.
When sitting and idling the van runs great no stumble no issues. When applying quarter to half throttle van runs and shifts good. Upon applying fill throttle van falls on its face and goes into "limp mode" or "fail safe mode" .
I have done a complete tune up of plugs and coils because I have seen that fix a similar issue before plus it was abouht that time to change them. I also changed the mass air flow sensor an also have got no change. The only code I have gotten this whole time is p016b which deals with the torque control module. Any input would be greatly appreciated because I am at a loss thank you
