2009 E350 Electrical/Gauge Issue or Van is Possessed
 

We have a 2009 E350 and we are having some electrical issues that have come up all of a sudden. The gauges on the instrument panel are bouncing all over the place and the advancetrac service light is on.

Some background....
On Saturday, the husband was driving the kids to ice skating practice and when he attempted to use the brakes after leaving our driveway, he said the breaks felt iced up and he wasn't stopping. After applying the brakes they finally grabbed and he stopped fast. Then everything was fine. We live in a very cold environment and hadn't driven the van for a few days.

On Sunday, the radio was not working at all. No lights. Nothing. But the outlet in the dash did work. I was charging up my cell phone on our way to the store. He thought he broke the radio when he hit the brakes and spilled some soda on the radio dash area. (Quite a bit, I think.)

And now today, Monday, he went to go start it up and the van was dead. He jumped it and the radio is now working, but the advancetrac service light is on and all the gauges on the instrument panel are all moving all over the place.

Now I know we need to take this in, but I was wondering if anyone has a clue as to what is going on?
