My exterior handle for the passenger door stopped opening the door. I have the new plastic piece to replace the broken part, but for the life of me, I cannot seem to be able to hook all the rods back up where they belong. Electric lock rod fell completely off. Is there a diagram with instructions to get the latch all hooked up and back into the door???? Thanks.

 

Never mind folks. I worried over that mess for a few hours, figured it out. I doubt the plastic replacement part will last long. Looked and felt cheap. The plastic to the electric lock was also broken---that got replaced with some safety wire and a few twists. Thinking I would be back in there someday, I drilled an extra hole so I could see the stuff. Vision sure helps. Thanks for reading.

 

I bought steel ones on ebay that I used as all mine broke within a month of each other on my 99
