Airbag Error Code 97e250

I am having an error code flash on my airbag light, 4/7- repeats it 3 times then stays on.
I have taken it to2 FORD dealers and havebeen charged for them looking and doing nothing.
The error code is still there. When I first took it there(dealer) the mechanics didn`t even know
there were error codes with that light.
I have bought the test equipment for the plug under the dash ($119) just to find out it doesn`t
read codes for the airbag. eg;no errors.
My van seems to run OK but I`m not one to run with error codes hoping they go away.
Is there some tester or advice as to what it might be?
1.fuses fine
2.connectors fine
3.no broken or corroded wires
4.air bags have never been deployed
5.new alternator
6.vehicle maintance kept up to date
I am really lost as to what it might be caused from, because it comes and goes but always there.

Light flash code "47" indicates passenger side belt buckle pretensioner resistance out of range. May check under passenger seat to see if wiring has been pinched, stretched, or the connector broken or disconnected. But I would advise before doing that to disconnect the battery and let it sit for at least 60 seconds to avoid any issues.

I have done what you said, and so far the error code has not came back on.
I believe I might have a bad plug.
Thank You So Much$$$
Is there a list of these code that we as car owners would have access to?

Hey Guys
I have a 2005 E250, It's a camper van so the passenger seat swivels around. This caused the wires on the plastic clip to pull out. I followed you suggestions, but the sensor still comes back on. Any other suggestions. I would like to just take this sensor out so it dosen't come un-plugged and start flashing again.https://www.fordforum.com/micons/m12.gif
