All dash lights came on and then wont start

Hi,
we have 2012 Ford E350 , we start the car , runs fine and suddenly all light in dash lights came on and we shut down the car and then wont crank, when you turn the ignition to start , you can hear slight click noise. but no crank and the security light in dash blinking ,
we thought may be we need to program the key , we got a technician guy to program it but he could not communicate with computer , but if we try several times we can start it by chance , but after a few minutes all lights in dash come on , we replaced new smart junction box before, we even have changed the engine computer too, really disappointed ,if we can not find solution we have to sell it as part, please help me to figure out solution .
this van has been used in miming before.

The symptoms you describe are usually related to an invalid key or key problem.
I would suggest that you consider finding someone that can determine why the system won't communicate and correct that first. Have you tried your second key?

Hi Shawn,
A little FYI,
The Ford dealer will need your vehicle's VIN. Have it with you when you go for the keys, they can't do anything without that.
You can expect a healthy charge for the keys and programming if the dealer does it.
Your expert is going to need some capable scan tool to do that for you.
If all else fails , sometimes certain locksmiths are capable of handling this type problem also and at cheaper rates.
