There is an E-250 cargo van on eBay that has a unique center cosole which may be a factory option but I cannot tell---the current owner has no idea either. The photo here shows one view--there are two more available but they don't show much more---just the top portion. If anyone here knows anything at all about this console I'd appreciate some info on how to obtain two of them.
