E 350 cng 5.4 lifter noise
I have a 2004 E350 5.4 Dedicated CNG with only 16k miles on it.
It has a lifter noise and it almost sounds like a diesel. I have had the oil presure checked and it is fine. I run mobil one filter and synthetic oil 5w20. along with lucas sithetic oil
any help will be appreciated. This van was a government van I got it when it had 10k miles 6 months ago.
