E150 Steering box broken off frame

Has anyone had a steering box break the frame member to which it's mounted? I have a '93 E150 with one of the 3 bolts holding the power steering box to the frame having broken the frame on both sides. The bolt literally has two pieces of frame on it and the frame has two holes where the bolt used to pass through. I'm hoping someone has made a "frame mount kit" with some sort of box sleeve that goes over the broken frame member to remount the PS box. Any ideas who might make that sort of kit? Or who I can contact? My local collision shop would've welded it up 10 years ago but now ... liability! But they DID say they've heard of this happening before and believe someone must make a kit,
Help!!!

had that happen on my 1994 E150. All bolts sheered off and the box dropped off the frame. Upon further inspection, the frame rotted away all around the steer box. ended up junking the van at 117,000 miles in the year 2012. Spent way to much money on that thing in the 2 years I had it....Check the frame for rot..very dangerous
