2002 e150 conversion van.

Master mirror switch will adjust the passenger mirror down but not up, it will also move the pass mirror when switched to the drivers window function. Down but not up.
Passenger window switch on drivers side will adjust mirror up and not down !? WTF And roll the window up and down. Ok
Passenger window switch will roll window up and down.

I've had the drivers side switches out and checked continuity of the switches and they test good and the wiring looks all original.
Next step is to pull the pass mirror off and do some more testing.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for these systems ?
Is there some kind of a body control module that could be the suspect ?
