I am a wheelchair user, travel in a Ford E350 which has very stiff/uncomfortable rear suspension. I'm thinking about removing the leaf spring just above the overload spring which would hopefully lower the rear of the vehicle a few inches. Then I was planning on installing a Firestone Sport-rite kit to raise the rear of the van back up to it's previous height. Do you think this will make for a smoother ride? Anybody have experience with Firestone or any other air leveler kits?
