Default 2005 e350 xl parking lights

Been having a problem with parking lights staying on, started after hitting deer in front of van. It is a xl so no frills such as running lights, etc. Have replaced headlight switch, turn signal switch, checked harness in front also checked fuses, relays in engine compartment and by radio. Was wondering if the module in the front of oil cooler in the lower center has something to do with lights, could have been hit in accident. Any ideas out there?

Welcome to the site..

Suspect Only light damage since no bag deployment...

Staying On continuous? Pulling fuse #10 20amp in the CJB or unplugging the HL Switch cancels the lamps? Correct.
Any add on lighting on the van?
Looking at the schematics, the parks aren’t under module control..

Yes, no airbag deployment pulling fuses cancels lamps, and no add on lighting

You didn’t answer if it’s continuous or intermittent?

Fuse 10 is an input for the HL switch for park lamps, and an output from the the switch for an input to the VSM (vehicle security module) for those equipped with Remote Keyless Entry

Does you Rig have RKE?

Also I unplugging headlight switch does not turn off lights only pulling fuse or disconnecting battery

On the HL switch connector, the TN/WH is input voltage from fuse #10 20amp (hot at all times).

With the headlight selector in the Off position, the BN wire should be dead. You can also double check switch canceling with a Ohm/continuity test through the HL switch with the harness connector removed for Parks function.

Without RKE, DRL’s there isn’t much on Fuse 10 other than the MFS and the Trailer Tow Park Relay..
