How can I find out if a 2002 E250 might have the option for a keyless remote for the door locks?

Get in the van and lock the doors with the power lock switch. Turn the ignition key to the "run" position, then back to "off" eight (8) times in rapid succession.

If your van is equiped with keyless entry using a key fob, the door locks will cycle from locked to unlocked then back to lock after the eighth time cycling the ignition switch in this manner.

Press and hold the "lock" or "unlock" switch on the remote within 30 seconds after the above mention cycle, and hold for about 20 seconds until the locks cycle again. This programs a new remote.
