Default Lifting A E150

I have been thinking of lifting my van. Is it the same as lifting a truck? I recently overheated the engine and need a new radiator and do some maintenance so this will give me time to look it over and see what it would take. What do you guys think?

I would just go with a body lift. Like 2" lift, then some bigger tires
