Van body swap difficulty
I’ve got a 2001 E350 EB with a V10 (6.8L gas) converted to 4x4. I’m wondering how difficult it would be to swap the body off of a V8 (5.4L gas) van?
The reason behind the question is I’d planned to build my van out as a camper. To professionally build it out I’ve received quotes all well over $50K. I’m seeing professionally built 4x2 campervans from the same era around $25K. My thought is it wouldn’t be that difficult and probably pretty straight forward but thought I’d ask the experts first.
