wheel noise

I have 140,000 miles on my '99 E150 which I use for work. Started hearing a squeeling sound at the left rear that starts around 15 mph. I have changed the front wheel bearings anyway with no result. The right rear bearing was changed last year after it started to leak and vibrate. The noise seems to come and go but it always starts at the same mph. I have drums on the rear.
Nothing I do seems to affect the noise, accelerate, braking etc. Is there anyway I can diagnose if it is a wheel bearing. Thanks in advance for any help

If you can't find anything definite at the left rear , check the u-joints.

thanks hanky. you were right and I was surprised that u-joints could make a noise like that.

You're welcome !
I have a little experience with noises, that I solved by leaving her home.
