Where does this ground cable go?

Hi guys,

could anyone help me with my 1998 E-150 4.6L V8? After having sparks and ignition cables changed, there is a loose ground cable left. Where does this go?

You can't have too many grounds.
In looking at your pix(s) where does that black wire with the yellow terminal connect to?
The other one on the right of the pix looks like it might stand a little cleaning, but that is just the way it appears.
Where does the other end of the loose wire go to , also it may have been left off when someone did some work and they ran the other black wire to correct for it's absence.
From looking at the terminal end it looks like it just goes to the firewall.
