Where is turn signal flasher located in 1999 E350 15 passenger van?

Can anyone tell me where the turn signal flasher is located on a 1999 E350 15 passenger van?
The driver's side signal blinks really fast on the front, but is completely out in the back. I checked the bulb, and it is okay. I bought a Trico EP-34 replacement part at NAPA, but I can't find the bad one to replace. Thanks... Dirk

Check for output at the light connector.. Could be circuit issues through the multi function switch.. Here's the electronic flasher/location..

Well, I found the flasher, thanks to your diagram. I changed it out with the new flasher, but I still have the same problem. Can you tell me where the multi-function switch is, by any chance?
Thanks, Dirk

Where is the flasher for a 1999 ford E350 van

If the right rear stoplite does not work you may want to check out the bulb socket itself for a bad connection. The easiest way to check is to use a test lite and see fi you are getting juice to the bulb while the signal is on. If not check the wires coming into the lite. If you check and the test lite flashes the problem is with the socket. If you have no juice to the wire then you might have to go to the sig lite switch . They are usually not that troublesome.

Turn signals not working or hazards not working on 2003 E-150 van any help

Sometimes the flashers are on the fuse panel under the driver's side of the dash.
I have had to remove some additional dash plastic in order to get to the flasher, They are not always where they are supposed to be. They use an electronic flasher and look similar to a relay. They are supposed to be mounted under the dash to the steering column so you can hear them when they are working, also I believe the hazard and signal flasher are one unit on the later year Fords.

Dirk,
The multifunction switch is the windshield wiper, headlite, and signal & hazard lite switch assy.
They are not that difficult to replace ,if necessary, but if you check the wiring at the light first, 90% of the time it is where the problem usually is. Just trying to save you some extra work.

Thanks I will check it out
