2003 edge misfires
 

Hi folks, My truck is misfiring. Mechanic said it was on #1 cylinder and he changed the wires. it still misfires and have check engine light on.happens at around 45mph. If I exelerrate a little heavy it doesnt misfire. Im kinda short of work and would like not to throw any more money away.Thanks in advance

2003 Edge???

07 was the first year, and Edge would be COP ignition.. No wires...

check you'er spark plugs

Hey loophound! I think, Pressure may be low on the cylinder. Contact the experts. I feel a compression test is something of a necessity here.
