Default 2007 Edge Heater problems

My daughter's Edge has no heat on the passenger's side. Driver's side is great. I have had it to 2 dealers so far with 2 different answers. I have researched it to death now. Wondering if anyone else has had problems.

Dealer #1 - Heater core plugged. Flushed anti freeze. Advised to drive for a couple days to see what happens. So far nothing.

I changed the hvac actuator motors since everything pointed to that. Still nothing.

Dealer # 2 - tested and said the waterpump has an obsruction. Advised to change the thermostat first to see what that does. Then maybe the water pump if that don't fix it.

I have heat, so I believe the heater core is working. The car is not over heating so I don't think the water pump or thermostat is bad. I have a feeling there is a blend door that is not working right but no one else seems to think that.

Anybody else having this problems?

Hi, My girl friend has a 2013 Edge and the a/c works on the drivers side, but the passenger side blows hot air. Went on Youtube to trouble shoot, Tried to reset by pulling fuse on drivers side panel. held down control and defrost at same time, still no change. If I turn the heater on it still does the same thing, I am at a loss, . I don't think it's the Actuator motor.
