2007 edge , strange lights on dash
 

I was at a stop sign dash lights came on most went off , but the check brakes . The radio doesn't work now or the blinker lights ? I dont know what to do

If you can, have the vehicle checked for any history codes and post them here . Places like Autozone usually will do this at no charge.Maybe some other auto supply places will provide that service free also check them out.
