2011 MyFord Touch Help
 

I have a 2011 Ford Edge SEL that was purchased used in Jan. 2017. It is the Sync MyFord Touch version with the 8" screen. Recently my backup camera will not work, every time I put it into reverse it says that the backup camera is unavailable and to contact the dealer. I'm not sure what is going on with that but I figured it may be a software issue,and may need an update. The problem is I can't figure out what the latest version is, does anyone know? If I log into my ford account it says that sync is up to date, and the last confirmed install was on March 25,2011 which was the base version Gen2-v2.7. I looked up the software version that's actually displaying in the car under system information, that said CCPU S/W is 4.23.11038. Anyone know what the latest software version is for MyFord Touch?

I also ran a vehicle health report and it paired with my phone and it dialed and said it was sending the health report but I have no idea where to find it. It didn't show up in my email and on my ford account it says that vehicle health report is not available for my vehicle. That's another question how would my ford account know if my sync software was up to date without being able to connect to the car somehow either from the vehicle health report or from the dealer?
