Question Bluetooth stopped working: what part do I replace?

Bluetooth has completely stopped working in my 2012 Edge with the bottom of the line, MyFord (I think that's what they call it) radio. I have tried multiple system resets and have reverted to factory defaults repeatedly, but it won't allow me to turn Bluetooth on, hence I can't attach any BT devices.

My question is, where does bluetooth live? Is it part of the radio? Should I replace the radio, or is there some other component separate from the radio that I should be looking at.

I appreciate any guidance...
