03 Escape power issues

My 3.0 Escape experienced acceleration issues this morning. No engine light, no misfires. New cats all around. New COPs. The difference could be 30° weather and rain yesterday. It feels like the transmission is holding things up, though it doesn't shift hard. Intermittent airbag light. Power steering fluid was low, too.

There must have been some reasons for the work recently done. Could you fill us in as to why and if any other things were checked/ replaced. Has the vehicle been performing well since the work was done or is this right after the work was performed. All these little bits of info are important so we don't wind up suggesting something you already did/had done. The more info you can provide the better, thanks.

I replied earlier, but I guess it didn't post. We bought the cat in June with misfires. We replaced all the cats and cops and it's been fine ever since. I did have to use a double soft gasket on the right side firewall cat because three bolts had broken off. I don't hear any leaks, but I'll have to investigate that further. I do think that of the leak was bad enough to hurt performance that I should be getting an O2 sensor code, too, right?
