Hi, Does anyone know if the plug on the drivers side behind the rear bumper is for trailer lights? I recently installed a class III hitch and cant find anyone that sells a wiring harness for it. It is a 3.0L, AT, 4x4 and would like to haul my garden tractor. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank You! Jake

I just bought a wiring harness for the '03 Escape I bought my wife. That plug behind the bumper is the one you want. Thw harness cost me around $10-$15 bucks at my Ford dealer
