I have a 2003 Escape that will in one trip drive smoothly and then maybe the next trip it will skip and buck. I took it in for service and of course it was running smooth and he could not diagnose the problem. When it is running poorly it skips more when accelerating, idling, and when running the air conditioner. Plugs are new.
