2007 Ford Escape Limited. Won't start
 

I was driving my Escape today when it just shut down. I tried to restart it and nothing. Will not crank or do anything. Has lights and power but will not start. Has dash code reads full data error plusses one that is emission system data; error and charging system Data error. I can't find anything online anyone got any_ Ideas
