2008 Escape
Hi All,
Excited to be a part of the forums. I just purchased a 2008 Escape FWD that needs some TLC. Any insight or previous experience would be appreciated.
When turning on climate AC/HEAT there is a very odd and loud clicking/ticking noise coming from the engine compartment, can only be heard from the outside so I ruled out any blend door/actuator issues. Almost sounds like an exhaust manifold issue. Any insight? AC Compressor? Pulley?
The vehicle came with a moonroof, which seems to be missing the manually operated “shade” to cover it on the inside, however right around the moonroof, the whole headliner has sagged horribly, not just the fabric but the entire thing. Broken clips? How does the headliner attach to the roof? Any insight would be appreciated and thank you in advance
