I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the door panels on a 2008 escape.. One of the speakers is blown and sounds terrible but when I tried to get the door off it really didnt want to budge even after i took out 4-5 screws, and I know alot of people said to be careful because there are a ton of clips that break on them.

Any help would be appreciated! thanks

 

Once you've removed the 5 screws, 1 on the lower leading edge of the trim panel, 2 on the trailing, 1 behind the the door handle finish trim, and 1 in the handle pull area.. Then you'll need to remove the forward 'sail panel' trim piece above the door trim panel.. Lift 'outward and up' to release the panel..
