2014 Escape Fuse #39 question
 

Front right park light and marker light not working- before I go through the gruelling bulb change, thought I would check fuse #39 but no fuse in that slot. These lights were working a couple months ago- Fuse 39 relates to Daytime Running lamps & headlamp control module ignition feed. Or should this fuse slot be empty - I appreciate any help here.

The lights that are not working are the two at the bottom of the bumper correct?
Do all other external lights work correctly?

Of the 3 bulbs on bottom, it’s the middle light - also the orange side marker light near upper head light. All other bulbs working. Both these bulbs on passenger front. Thx for ur reply.

I will look at a escape tomorrow cause I was pretty sure there were only two bulbs at the bottom of the bumper.
The small peanut light in the headlight I believe can be accessed without removing the bumper, you may have to position aside the coolant bottle and squeeze your hand in there though.

If you get to look at an Escape, I’m more curious if there is a fuse in slot #39. Thanks for ur help.

Found on a 2018 that fuse 39 is present in the under hood fuse box.
Looking in the wiring diagrams for your year fuse 39 provides power to both the left and right headlights, but it doesnt say if this is a trim level feature.
I realized I think the third light on the lower bumper is your fog lights, not all trim models have fog lights though.
I believe going from outer to inner the lights go - Fog, Turn, Marker/Park.

My recommendation would be to buy the correct bulbs for both lights that are out, remove the front bumper, install the new bulbs, before reinstalling the bumper check that the new bulbs work, if they do not work take pictures of the connectors and wires so we can determine which lights are out.
Also go buy a multi meter with alligator clamps and some sewing pins if you do not already have them.

My 2014 Escape must be different than 2018. From outer to inner, I’ve got fog lamp, park light, then signal light. Got a side marker light beside low/high beam lights. Attached is a couple pics of opposite (driver) side where everything is working so it’s easier to see the setup. Just need middle park light and upper side marker to work for passenger side. Thanks for all ur info- I’ll get a multimeter tool.
