2020 Escape SE issues

Purchased new Feb 2020. Currently at 5,308km.

1) avoidance collision system has several problems.
-any kind of snow/slush build up (1/4" or so) on the protective shield located beneath the front license plate causes the entire system to shut down, including cruise control.
2) it usually shuts down by suddenly shutting off and slamming on the brakes because it thought it detected an impending collision. serious safety concerns there when cruising along and that happens unexpectedly.
3) brakes will engage and collision warning flashes sometimes when rounding a gentle corner (let's say 50km/hr zone) and a person is walking on the sidewalk.
4) remote internet start is hit or miss in cold conditions. doesn't tell you why it won't connect, but I've read it could be related to battery conditions.
5) frequently when locking the car with one or two presses of the fob, will result in the alarm going off 15sec later. I've tried this by placing the fob on a table and not in my pocket to make sure I'm not accidently pressing the alarm button.

That's all for now and vehicle isn't really broken in yet.
