Default 2020 Escape switches to MPH

My 2020 Escape keeps switching from KM/H to MP/H. It’s been in and out of the shop for over a year now with no fix. Anyone run into this issue or know of a fix? TIA

You sure your not hitting the button? Honestly not sure where the button is on your vehicle.

Definitely not. You have to go into the navigation system to manually switch it over.

I haven't seen this issue yet. I don't see any TSBs related to this.
Sorry.

Just a stab in the dark, as we haven't gotten our Escape yet...

When you have your current speed on the gauges display, what happens when you press the OK button? I've seen some cars that will switch back and forth without having to go into any menus.

I have this same issue. I bought my 2021 Escape early 2022 and a few times a month it randomly switches back to MPH. The vehicle is not connected to wifi so it should not be doing updates and it happens at completely random times and locations. Sometimes it's when I'm leaving home, or out shopping.
