ac not cooling
 

i just recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape and the ac is blowing warm air. i checked the pressure and its 40pis low and the high is 140psi. the ac compressor clutch is engaged and the low- and high-pressure switches seem to be reading good. my questions is what could be causing the ac to still be blowing warm air ant thoughts. any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might check "Blend door" operation.
