Brake Lights Don't Work

2006 Ford Escape.

Brake lights suddenly don't work. Dummy light works OK, just the two lower brake lights.

Changed bulbs, didn't work.

Changed fuse, didn't work.

Running lights work, signal lights work, reverse lights work.

Ideas?

make sure brake switch and wires is ok.
