Escape 2017 Bluetooth won’t turn on
Hello guys!
I have a 2017 Ford Escape. The Bluetooth was working fine until about a year ago. I want to fix it now.
When I got to the Bluetooth menu it’s turned off. If I hit the ON button nothing happens.
This is what I have tried so far.
Master reset
Remove fuse 67 for 10 minutes
Disconnect the car battery for 10 minutes
If you have any idea it would be great! Thanks

Decent chance the APIM has a internal failt.
This is a different thing the radio though it is used as part of the audio system.
You could pay a dealer to do a Sync/APIM update and see if that clears up the matter, works about a third of the time.
The buetooth capability is entirely the APIM which makes diagnostics easy but repairs costly.
